When I arrived at the place to pick up the vehicle, it was not available, which made me wait for 2 hours. After, some unclear information made me spend extra money which I was not repaid.

In regards to the free Ferry crossing, it was not clear that the refund would be for the vehicle only! Was disappointed to see we still had to pay for 2 people. Someone needs to drive the vehicle, so the cost of the driver should also be covered. A little misleading.
