Release the bond quicker. 4 days after return of vehicle for a significant bond can be hard on a family budget.

yes the whole insurance things is a problem, budget said last time that you won't accept anything but credit cards and i believe you think it is them, can you clarify please why it is necessary when I always take zero cover

The car was not cleaned and was covered with mud. Though I have paid for extra days and also the full insurance. I felt like the rental company didn't treat me like a valued customer. I cleaned the car myself to use it for the booked period.

When we picked up the car it did have a baby seat and snow chains in it , it was no big deal but I had to use my sons baby seat so we had to put the previously used hire one in the boot , The Seat Tarroca was a very nice car and great that it had really good Yakima ski racks on it ! The customer service was really nice. Very easy to deal with
