It was hard to get hold of anyone on the 0800 numbers. Also would be good to let people know about Ferry bookings being extremely limited at the moment.

They changed the car, I supposed to have a 8 seater and they gave me a mid hatch. I friend was supposed to come with me but wasn’t able to fit. They changed the car less than 24hrs before the pick up. I had already made the check in.

Communication after transfer is approved. We wanted to change the time of pick up and drop it off early. When we contacted transfercar they advised us to contact the hire car company direct. Hire company advised us to contact transfercar!

Better communication regarding collection and return of vehicle. Staff at collection and return locations were unaware of what was happening.

The pick up and drop off place of the car shows from the airport, unfortunately it is 3 km away from the airport and the rental company refused to pick up and drop off us. Secondly pls make sure with the rental company that they provide safe cars, the car I was given had issues with the alignment and the brakes. Lastly the car I was given is different from the car was confirmed by the rental company.

We did get accused of doing damage to a vehicle that was being relocated because it was damaged. A bit scary but ezi car rentals ended up being very apologetic. An invoice for $5000 would give anyone a shock

Travellers Autobarn seem to have a pattern of listing old bombs with questionable standards. They then charge an absolute fortune for any extra days. Maybe they could be more realistic or kicked off your website. Thanks.

Have the car serviced before trip as it was out of service date/km and the vehicle was not in roadworthy condition. Regards
