Only thing is when I went to drop it off no one was there. I did confirm my drop off time and called when i got there and they said they were out and will be back soon.

Loved the experience Would have like an explanation of how to find use things when we picked up check everything working. Van wasnt clean, A/C, oven gas burners didn't work in van - this wasn't great as it was very hot unable to cook. Asked if we could have the $63 for extra ks wavered - told that wasn't possible as we got the van cheap!! Even though cheap I would expect everything to work... Overall would do again thankyou

Transfercar is fantastic but I hate the mystery of not knowing who the rental operator is and what car you will get. Like booking a near new SUV and then turning up at Snap or Apex to pick up a 10 year old RAV4 in terrible condition just doesn't work for me. Have done two relocations for SIXT in the last year and they are great

maybe if the information that the car is not at the airport but a taxi ride away would have helped - or that the hire company would provide shuttle as they do for their paying clients (they refused to offer me that). Cost was $26 each way - so still cheap at the price but added time etc

I think your service is excellent. I should suggest to make 4 days instead of 3 days for Brisbane to Melbourne relocating as the trip is too long.

Cancelation at least 7 days notice instead of 3 would be preferred. I understand cancelations happen but 3 days left me stranded and searching desperately for an alternative. Also offering a back up option could prove useful.
