Ensure that the rental company follow through with their advertised extras when vehicle is picked up. They didn't have it in their system about the 1 free tank of fuel. Or aware of the extra day of rental that I had requested.

I think rental relocations should incl 1 free tank of fuel, given the service we are providing the hirer.
