Its a great service. The only thing that was difficult was that we had a short time frame to know whether or not we had been successful or were to make other arrangeménts. When I made the first request it wasnt initially clear to me that we could request up to 3 vehicles at a time. I was concerned that if I requested more than one we would be penalised if we were accepted for more than one and would be obliged to pay for the other vehicle/s. If it had been clear at the time of booking then I would have bid for 3 from the outset.

I book a motorhome type campervan which has toilet and bath. When I arrive to pick the motorhome it turn out to be a camper van which has no bath and toilet. I was let down as I was not even ask if I want the camper van which is different to the one I have booked. I had to take the campervan as I have no other options as I was already there flew in from interstate. Transfer car could have advice me first and I would not have taken the campervan. We would like you to let us know before booking a different type campervan. Thanks

There was a dent underneath one vehicle which was incorrectly queried as my fault. Evidence proved otherwise, but the effect was negative.
