Pickup directions were little vague as it being a restaurant? Paperwork didn’t relate to what was on offer and asked to sign a insurance waiver after the fact wasn’t happy about either, person in Queenstown didn’t speak any English so was hard to converse otherwise was good experience thanks

Some hire companies are unsure about the conditions they posted, such as their excess. This comes to light, once you go there and pick up the car. They may then insist on a higher excess. Thrifty appear to be rather poorly organised there.

Just a list somewhere of what is in the vehicle. I couldn't find one. I didn't take dishwashing liquid, a t-towel or matches and this was a bit of an issue. I had no idea towels were included, which wood have saved me taking mine and taking up space. It would have been awesome to have a floor mat in the vehicle.

I loved that I could extend to some extra paid days. If more deals with extended days (happy to pay for it) are possible. That would be awesome. I just had 2 cars from you and I loved it how good it was organised and easy. Thank you so much for your service

Yes, when making a booking it is unclear if the person booking has to be the driver or if this person can book on behalf of another person. There is nowhere to fill in driver details.
