1.The optional insurance coverage for the transfer vehicle must be clearly stated, specifying whether the excess is 1000 NZD or 0.
2.Cancellation and refund policies for vehicle bookings should be explicitly outlined when the reservation is confirmed, with schedule reminders also included in the list of confirmed bookings.

actually i am really pleased with transfercar, but had a dodgy experience with budget where they charged me over $200. They refunded it, but I had to hassle. I'd prefer to see what company the vehicle was with before requesting.
