I asked for roadside recovery for 2 days at $10 per day. I got charged $36, I tried sending an email and haven't had a response. Also the staff at budget rentals airport, weren't that friendly. Just took keys from me & say bye. I asked for an invoice, they said it was emailed to me. I never got it, I check my spam folder often. They disgruntley printed off a copy of my invoice. Still waiting for closure on my query regarding overpaying of $16 :( I even added extra $20 gas in the car & drove 655 km, less than 900 km I was allowed on a full tank of gas.

The listing stated that the rental included one free full tank of fuel. However, even though the fuel gauge showed “Full,” the range was only 489 km. After I filled the tank myself, the range increased to 545 km. This means the vehicle wasn’t actually full when I received it, and around 50–60 km worth of fuel had already been used. Because the gauge still showed “Full,” I couldn’t tell it wasn’t truly full, which feels misleading.
