Option to send approvals for transfer car requests through text messages

Even if the transfer car is confirmed there is probable chance that the rental company might cancel the booking from there end. Which creates a sense of uncertainty around the booking confirmation.

Your website seemed fine and the concept seems amazing but the rental car company RaD changed many rules after confirming our booking eg dates of availability, number of km allowed. The vehicle was damaged eg chipped windscreen even though they stated it wasn't and Tyre parts missing and their odo recording was wrong. I did not trust them and was scared the whole trip that they were going to try and charge extra. I love the idea though, maybe it's just that company?

We ordered a car, but one day before picking up the car, we suddenly received an email saying that the car had been cancelled. And we need a car the next morning. Now it happens to be a student holiday and there are few cars for hiring . This sudden cancellation has caused us to pay nearly $600 per day. This is a very very bad experience.
