Have more options with covering transfer costs. As this is service for rental companies not needing to pay employyes or transport companies, all fixed costs should be covered by them (like fuel, ferry for the vehicle).

It would be good if there was some indication on the car type. I was also surprised that there was a transfer fee from the “airport” location to the airport which the company waived after I asked nicely. There was also a requirement to use a credit card not a debit card. So these were more issues with the car company that the transfer car service but they reflect on the service overall.

Drop-off time is a bit limited. In case of CHC, the rental car companies operate until late evening, but the last drop-off time is 4.30 PM
