Nothing its fantastic and flexible. I think the only thing I get stuck on is insurance per day but thats probably normal

The pickup was very prolonged due to the fact that the customer service person had trouble with the computer. The only thing wrong with that is that he didn't say he was sorry for the delay or address the fact that the pickup took almost 45 minutes. It gave us a very late departure for Wellington and thus a very long and tiring day for us! However, the car was in good condition and we had a good drive down.

By recognising drivers time and meeting the fuel costs for the transfer from start location to delivery point Company needed a volunteer to drive vehicle- and it is cheaper than paying a staff member to transfer vehicle as well as fuel costs - a case in point - we would not have HIRED vehicle that we drove to Chch - too expensive on fuel and quite small vehicle We would have definitely chosen one that was known to be more economical to use

I found the process very easy to sign up to and had confirmation of the vehicle within minutes. I did stop receiving the daily emails once I had put in a specific date and location . I would still like to receive the general emails daily also , but maybe the system deletes previous requests for notifications when a new one is entered ?
