Not necessarily your problem, but the last transfer I got confirmation from yourselves but nothing from the rental company. Had to ring them an hour before pickup to find out where to get the car from. Not at the airport terminal, but 2 km away - no offer to pickup. drop off similar, off airport and I had to bully them to give me a lift to the terminal. Definitely 3rd tier service, and I would be reluctant to use them again - which means I would be very selective in looking at transfers next time. The company is able to select the driver - should not the drivers be able to have some choice of rental company???

Overall it was a fine experience. You really need a call centre to get answers clarified. Additionally, the information on your website is unclear. As an example, half of the information says you must have a credit card and the other half says it’s optional. Your mobile interface is awful, not allowing you to select dates. Again, the experience with your affiliates and overall experience was good but the information your site provides and the inability to call is really lacklustre. I will most likely still recommend to friends and colleagues as I really like what your company is doing, but I’m sure I’ll have to explain how it works to a new user which is a bit tiring. Now that I’ve figured it out I’m quite likely to keep using your services - if I ever get my deposit back.

Allow slightly more time with the car (maybe even only an extra day or two on top of what’s given— i.e.; most of the cars have a two week time period that people can Select dates within to transfer the cars, however, why not allow a few extra days whilst transferring the car if it’s well before the date it NEEDS to be returned by, without a charge for additional days?! After all, it is at the petrol expense of the user anyhow.
