When selecting 1 day only hire the times of drop-off should automatically only show times available for that day and not the next aswell or it should be made clear on the same page that it is not 24 hours from the pickup time and that is charged per day from 12am to 12pm. At the moment it gives the elusion that it is 24 hours from pickup time selected and that then later includes a cost which wasn't made clear.

It was a bit fustrating to not know the fine print details about the actual hire until request was accepted. Eg the ride on transfer car said dunedin airport....but in fact had to be picked up from dunedin branch miles away. Also was quite dear optional insurance to reduce excess. I was declined my first request....would be nice to know if this decline works against me in future or if and what driver reviews happen? Other than the above i would be happy to use transfercar
