I think with the availability listings you should include the name of the car rental company, because not all companies have the same standards as others. Also if making multiple consecutive requests at the same time (e.g. dropping off one rental and picking up a second (or third rental on the same day from another company), you should have an option to select that you only want the second request if the first one is approved. Like interconnecting flights, you need all flights to marrying up, date time wise and booked to get to your final destination.

Great service from CCR. I hadn't booked before through transfercar and given the vehicle involved booking a ferry I was reluctant to book not knowing if I could get on a ferry on a particular day or not...but it worked out well in the end. Thank you

Yes. There are to many email confirmations and approvals. They all repeat the same message and become overwhelming ( confusing ) I would suggest keeping it more simple. 1 email confirming request. 1 email confirming approval. The followup email will be from the operator. Hertz, Apex, Budget etc

The options to reduce the insurance excess is not explicitly mentioned in the description until we are at the counter to collect the vehicle. Normally, the option to reduce the insurance excess is quite vast, had I known the cost would be more than $300, I wouldnt have done the relocation and flown to my next destination.
