Please make sure that everything is shown before the car is taken away in the beginning. I had to look for the key then go back again as I didn't know that it was keyless and that it was a foot brake instead of a handbrake! Otherwise it went very well and I really enjoyed taking my Dad up to Auckland from Christchurch. It's even better if the ferry is included! Not really, had a bit of trouble with finding the drop off pojnt so mabye a diagram but that could be dificult for each airport

Contact by email only is a little hard sometimes especially if you can’t get in contact with the car rental agency when picking up and no one is there and none of the phone lines answer. The section on the page “storage capacity” n/a is unclear whether the trucks/vans are full or empty and then you can’t get extra information by emailing so would be good to clear this up on the site or have the contact support person ring the company and find out rather than just saying that’s all the information provided. But otherwise was great and would totally use it again and have already recommended to people already!
