Not from your end. I had very poor information from the rental car company regarding the drop off site at Auckland airport. In fact there was no information given, just a phone number, which was useless as the number was not operational until 10:00 am Saturday morning, and drop off was required prior to 8:00 am.

Well you have cut it back so much and they are not paying for ferry or fuel so has put me off Alot..... I am sorry but just how I feel

I had a great experience however it would be great to be able to see rental companies insurance policies.The cost of the insurance could be an unpleasant surprise for somebody expecting a free vehicle.
