In your email correspondance, have the phone number that we can contact you easily if we need to ask questions. I found it difficult to find a contact number and who to contact, if it was Transfercar or Apex.

The only thing I would suggest is that there is no option for the customer to cancel his request. It is chargeable as soon as it's accepted. However, if the rental company doesn't approve it, then, there's no such thing. Because of that, one is not sure if they'll get the booking or not.

Our booking was from 6 Oct to 7 Oct. The hours we allocated the car were from 9am Sunday to 7 am Monday. When we collected the car at 9.30 and then given 24hours. This would have been good to know when we booked the car. Thanks.
