No I thought it was great, maybe just make the process quicker at the airport the car we where supposed to take didn’t have something done in the paperwork so had to wait while they organised something different but otherwise was very easy

The company, bargain car rental, was the problem. I was booked in for the 25th but they told me it would be available on the 28th, I told them I would be back but when I returned they told me it wasn't available. I went to thrifty who let me take a 4wd to Cairns instead with no problems.
