Maybe give the insurance excess and the daily cost of reducing it. Although for me it was a mystery vehicle so it may vary for vehicle types. Once Covid travel restrictions ease I shall definitely use you service again. Cheers Glen Douglas

More accurate pick up details. My details were for a previous company, rent a dent now is now RED. A phone number for the pick up destination would have been handy also

Mmmm not sure it’s to do with you or not, but in the last relocation I have done, it was meant to come with a full tank of gas and it only came with 3/4 and the person on the desk just couldn’t deal with it in the rental company ... It’s small but thought I would mention ( it was Ace out of Auckland )
