Yes car rental was very fraudulent. They didn’t serviced the car before handling over. And transmission failed on middle of Highway no network no help we got stuck in mid night in such a cold weather.

The fee and refund system is a bit confusing. Could you create an infographic (or just a paragraph) showing where my money goes and how much of it is eligible for a refund in the event of a cancellation? Also your datepickers on the home page often break on mobile browsers (I use DuckDuckGo Privacy Browser).

My only disappointment was that the transfer i was interested in showed the ferry symbol, but the owner was only willing to pay $50 towards the ferry fare. This led me to cancel the transfer.
