Transfer Car is fantastic, however, I just wanted to say RAD car in Dunedin did not have the car waiting at the airport when specified. I had to phone the Dunedin office and it was not the most helpful to deal with. An hour later and the car was finally there for pick up, which meant I missed an appointment back in Christchurch as we were on the road much later than expected. Thanks

Advise in confirmations of the rental that Budget Rentals require hirers to provide a proof of address. That is a change from previous hires for us it caused quite a problem when we were picking up the car. Fortunately we had someone at home who could photograph a bill forward it to my phone. I checked neither your confirmation email nor Budgets confirmation email highlighted the change of policy made since June that required this additional evidence.

Any improvements to the booking system to know if rental operators had seen your request would be helpful but otherwise transfer car is an excellent service!
