I noticed the Pick up address was different. In one place if said Chch airport and another place it said the Actual pick up address which was about a 10-15 mins drive away from the airport so I think a non-local would get very confused

Maybe a sign like 100m before site directing a little clearer as I used Google maps in both Nelson and chch and I'm a new zealander and from chch and even then still struggled locating premis. Also I was asked on the phone to drop keys in returns box when I arrived in Christchurch as the staff would be upstairs and that was fine but I couldn't see any signs stating where the box was and I sat in office for 20mins waiting as didn't want to leave keys un attended and the box was back at the entrance of car park :) a little confusing
