Quicker response that booking has been secured. Better action from the company whose camper van was - they forgot to notify their staff that I was coming, and I had to wait 1 hour in the cold. The campervan had no manual and the staff did not know how to work it. The power fused, there was no water, and the window got jammed open due to lose wiring leading to a freezing night in Canterbury winter. Apart from that it was great

Before insurance excess to be brought down was a dollar or about 25$ per trip. Now $30 plus per day. Its just like hiring a cheap rental. Nothing like a free drop off.
