It all worked well - except that I returned the car to Hertz with a full tank of petrol, after filling it less than 10 Km from dropoff, yet was still charged over $130 for fuel. It t took about a month to get the amount refunded. Not your fault but very dodgy on behalf of Hertz. Many users might not have noticed the incorrect charge to their credit card.

One telephone operator named Sonya was surprisingly unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional. I was very disappointed with her performance and politely recommend that she be retrained, or redeployed in an area where she does not interact with otherwise satisfied, loyal customers. Luckily, she was the exception that proves the rule: everyone else at Juicy was kind, polite, professional and pleasurable to deal with. I'll be back, but if I ever encounter Sonya again or anyone else like her, I will hang up and never call Juicy again.
