Encourage rental companies to give transfers for longer days

It would have been good for the car to have been defrosted/warmed up prior to collection at the depot in Queenstown, considering the frosty conditions.

The car was listed as $0 the first day, $35 the second day. We had it 27 hours total and they charged me $184 including extra hidden fees and refuse to refund.

At the Christchurch airport no one was waiting in the Europcar parking lot. I stood around waiting for a while and then went inside. Some clarity would have been nice!
