It was not easy to contact in weekends, when some car copanies are not working, when you try to select a especific car, and some times the information about the cars are saying 3 days but when you clic is 2 because it count the dates like pick up 13th drop off 14 it say 2 days.

It's a great service, only thing that would be better is if there were more options and you had a bit more time to return the vehicles

I found the whole exercise more expensive than I had anticipated. Last time we had the fuel paid for by the rental company not so this time. Also the added cost of the ferry and the insurance made it so much more costly.

Maybe introduce a rating for the person who rents the relocation car similar to airbnb. Then the car rental company will know who returns the car safe and clean. For example, I returned my rented car clean and tidy and parked it next to 2 other relocation cars that were completely filthy. If I would have a good rating, I would have more chances. It's a win-win situation, isn't it?
