I received email that my transfer was accepted and in that email was a note from Hertz that they will send me another email with booking, which I never received and it made me wander was my transfer really accepted or I need to wait for another confirmation from Hertz, so I called them and they confirmed that it accepted.

The times were not so useful for give back and pickup, it would be useful to be able to negotiate with the rental company directly

Our pickup time in Queenstown was delayed 2 hours, as company was dropping another client in town and tried to take a road that was blocked by accident (Google maps would have told them to avoid this road).

double check that providers have cars available before you send 'congratulations' emails - very disappointing to turn up expecting a car and to be told transfercar is doing this to all the providers at Christchurch airport . You guys were so good - what went so wrong?

Maybe a little more detail about inter-island rentals as during peak season ferry bookings are difficult to arrange to coincide with relocation bookings.?
