Being able to request 2 cars or more Incase one doesn't accept in time or decline your offer. You probably have enough data to predict when cars are more likely to appear. I have a fair idea when there's going to be a high number of cars but would be cool to be able to plan in advance

Ensure the transfer car confirmation includes all cost for the company needing the transfer.

Not a smooth process overall. I had made the initial booking 3 weeks before with transfer car but lucky rentals didn't immediately email me their confirmation. When I called them up they didn't have me in their system and told me just to wait. After calling them and emailing transfer car the booking was finally confirmed a week of out from the trip. In terms of the cost it would have been cheaper to fly to Auckland but it was nice to have a car while up there.

the rental company treats us like secondary customers, wait for 1 hour and 10 mins to pick up the car. The more important, the staff and the manager are rude and discriminate is for using free/discounted service. Thanks

May be write a note in the website about the insurance that we had to take from the rental company.... doesnt have to be exact money cause all rentals have different. But just..... mention about insurance would be great. And transfer car is always good 🤙
