For me, it would have been nice to be able to adjust my booking by a day but not possible after booking completed. I understand the can of worms that it would cause, though :).

for you guys No.... for the agents, include insurance as part of the $1 hire also separate car and van hire .... was expecting a car then lumped with a van? I didn't mind, to someone else? Surprise!!
