No, it all worked fine. The Jucy people in Wellington were a pleasure to deal with. At the Auckland end they initially didn't realise it was a relocation and wanted the tank filled, but that sorted itself out eventually.

You can add more transparent information about the charges in future. It said ferry ticket is included. The ticket was only for the car, not for the person. It said full tank of fuel was included, but didn’t say I have a fill it up when returning. :(
