The website desperately needs improvement for using from a device. Inputting the dates often doesn't work and you have to scroll through manually which is incredibly frustrating.

The Europcar staff at both Dunedin and Christchurch airports seemed to have some trouble seeing that a full tank of petrol was included in my booking. This is a key detail, and one the operator really should have easy access to ... I would've thought! Other than this, it was a seamless and very positive experience.
