Just be honest about additional charges when relocating rentals. I saw nowhere on the Ad that rental companies would ask for a bond. I'll still recommend you to others so wel move that to an 8. Transfercar had not alerted Ace Rentals about my booking, despite confirmation email. Turned up and there was no record of me and no available cars. Had to pay for expensive flights instead. Very angry and disappointed.

There’s a lot of hidden costs from the rental company. Actually worked out about the same, I had to do a lot of chasing to sort basic things. I think the issue lies with the rental company not transfer car as such.
