Yes, just one thing. I would like to see a Transfercar implement a window of say 1 hour in which we can cancel the booking after it has been accepted. Thanks

Full info up front, hidden cost when got to pick up, and explanation of you get what your given. Got a camper that had no hot water for four days and told take it or leave it. Camper van company just gave us the keys with no demonstration of van features, as its a relocation, we don't gave time to spend on them, is their reason. Expected a free tank of fuel but the camper company did not think it was part of the deal, when you say 1350km free the road user milage was not included in this. You need to make it clearer. Your advertised deal did not match what we got, its bordering on false advertising, and I'm considering taking you to advertising complaints authorities for it. Not happy with your selling the product the way you have.

Had to wait about 90 minutes for the car when picking up as it was getting a warrant. this resulted in us being later than had hoped for our first day.

Ensure the costs are lower than equivalent cheap flights. My trip ended up costing more than what I could've flown for. The insurance excess reduction is to high.

Yes, you can can send your Auckland female service staff down to Christchurch to learn how to be approachable and act as ambassadors for your business. I do not have an axe to grind as it did not impact me but as a neutral observer, standing back watching, they were there doing a job and that was it. No smiling, no pleasantries with the customers, no politeness and obvious desire to go the extra mile. It was not a wonderful experience except for the guy who checked my vehicle in, he was awesome! Contrast this with Christchurch, I was greeted at the door with a smile, nothing was a problem, I was asked constantly if there was anything else I wanted or needed. I felt valued and it was a great experience which saw me leave your location with a smile and a thought about how easy and great that service was. Cheers Rich
