Great service, used twice now. A better insurance deal upfront for transfer car users to lower the excess. If you add a $10 Day excess to$0 insurance it would be competative and way more attractive than the rental companies offer in Australia.

The 1 day insurance is $46 to reduce any claim down from $4000 your 1 day insurance isn’t attractive at all; you guys need to find a user friendly pricing.

Opening times were incorrect, had to pick up car early and drop off early by arrangement after hours.

Make it obvious that the bond rental companies take doesn't refund for 5-7 working days.
