When the very current vehicles are being moved it would help if the driver was given a brief overview of all the modern systems. IE. Radar control. Auto breaking etc. That being said the Hybrid I drove was a delight to drive

It was great exprience but I would recommand that your process could be improved to communicate each other since I did not have information when accepted. After accepted, one more process to be made to re-confirm where and how to get the car because that the renteal company might cancel but no information until the day. In conclusion, once it is accepted, additional process need to be made to guarantee the booking each other. Thanks.

Just be honest about additional charges when relocating rentals. I saw nowhere on the Ad that rental companies would ask for a bond. I'll still recommend you to others so wel move that to an 8. Transfercar had not alerted Ace Rentals about my booking, despite confirmation email. Turned up and there was no record of me and no available cars. Had to pay for expensive flights instead. Very angry and disappointed.
