on arrival waited long at reception. Late model van. Ran out of gas on day 2 despite the lady saying we had a full bottle we need to return it full, dishonest and inconvenient. See Despite these we really enjoyed your time. Thank you

Make sure the times for pickup and drop off are easy to indicate. Had a mixup with this data and had to adjust. Also need ability for rental car company to make mods. They should be paying for lead, not worrying about which days or times your system pushes through the original reservation.

Only thing is that the fridge made some weird sounds (like rebooting) overnight but besides that everything was perfect!

While I have found Transfer car good, I had an issue with Spaceships in terms of their service. I had to chase them down for confirmation, had we talked earlier I would have been able to make an earlier booking on the ferry, it was poor service at the end. So, while it was not transfercar directly, it was Spaceships that I had the bad taste with, it has reflected on Transfercar, unfortunately. Thanks

Just the speed of process in picking up the vehicle. I ended up waiting 3 hours to collect the vehicle last week. That meant I had to drive late into the night to catch the ferry.
