I love the idea of transfer car and enjoyed my experience but i personally think the insurance fees feel a little hidden and very pricey when we used thrifty and it actually worked out more expensive than hiring a car in the first place. Also felt quite scare mongered by thrifty when collecting car regarding being liable for the tiniest of stone chips and to spend more to reduce excess.

the car was great but I spent fuel, tools, public transport both airport and insurance; it cost me more than a fight to Melbourne and exhausted from driving Sydney-Melbourne.

Allow people to book back to back bookings. Eg. Drop off at 830am, and collect next one say from 930am same day...
