As it was the first time I have used the service, I was confused about the difference between the rental service and the transferacar brand/labeling.. Being more clear could help some confusion

Probably to be fairly informed up front that free days can actually include charges like a daily charge, road user charges and insurance so although cheaper, the free days are certainly not free.

A bit more info about the car at the beginning of the journey would be nice (like measurements, wheel pressure - a spreadsheet would be enough) sticker on the inside of the gas cap door Honoring the 50,- tank fill promis without prompting
