Great option for travelling! Loved that you could add on days on several cars offered. Would like to see more campervan-type options.

The clearance of the bond would be good... like upon delivery it should be released... that’s my only gripe is when I have to wait 10 days and I’m Left out of pocket for ten days after I’ve delivered it and refuelled

I rung to ask if I had to replaced fuel the day before as I was looking for the cheapest way to get to Christchurch and they said it was free but upon pickup I was informed differently. Pathetic service and could of got the bus cheaper or I could of hitched like I was going to

The details we booked through Transfercar were different to what we received from the rental company so maybe start with getting that right

Nope it was at least the second time I’ve used transfercar both times were excellent. The woman who served me in Queenstown where I picked up the car was very friendly helpful patient 😁

Make sure person is clearly informed about insurance cost as it is extra and at an extreme cost. If one is working for the organisation it should come under their cover as you are in a contract with them.
