I did not knew I had to Name the exact date and time for the Ferry. It would nice to have known it before and even much more better to choose it spontaneous during the journey.

The conditions for the car on the one hand and the camper/van were vastly different (fuel, ferry fare not covered for the car), yet somehow it was not emphasized in the conditions. Had I known about the differences, I would not have rented the car, which was an older model than that offered by paid services, was thus more difficult to drive, and didn't come with the usual conveniences. I still had to pay insurance and the other incidentals, which didn't make much of savings for me.

The charges for transfer car where higher than renting a car normally or flying by plane , that is not what I was lead to understand by using the Transfer car service. fees and charges need to be up front before accepting the deal.
