The company didn't seem to know what extra inclusions were promised. We had to argue with them over it and they finally gave in when I found the original booking. Three times I had to call them when then made mistakes with our booking and then they didn't tell us of extra add on expenses until we arrived even though I had spoke to people over the phone about the booking and confirmed the final amount. Happy with our trip, enjoyed Transfercar's concept but the company we were paired with wasn't so organised and that was disappointing.
