This was my 1st time so not really in a position to compare experiences. I needed to go to Auckland for a funeral at very short notice. Having the rental for 48 hours helped me help the bereaved by doing airport pickups on the day of the funeral while they got on with the stress of the day.

Would be better if the site would make it clear that the ferry ticket for the driver has to be booked w/ the car company @ full price and insurance is also a plus and recommended to get it.

Happy with you, less so with Wenderkeisen. Charged me for extra day when vehicle was defective being transferred to Ak for maintenance, which they did not tell me. I had to carry out repairs to the passenger door latch so it didn't fly open, cruise control defective, rear door jamming, losing water while on road. Air Con inadequate.
