I had one relocation booked until 10:30am on October 7 and I wanted to book another beginning the same day at 9pm. Unfortunately, your system thinks that the two are overlapping even though they are over 10 hours apart. It would be nice if you all can get this limitation fixed.

I would have liked a large sign at the entrance, Please have a seat and staff will come to you . Christchurch was very helpful but Auckland a little less so. All staff very busy and working hard.
