Companies helplines, even if you call on counter desk land-line number still it takes you to main customer care and then they transfer your call to agents on their counters, then they just hang up, without even saying hello....

Hey there, after cancelling via your web service I received a call from the Thrifty rental car service asking where I was as they had my car ready to take on my original booking, so I incurred the $25 fee via your website but you did not do the job on your side and I had to deal with an unhappy rental car service on the phone as I explained the situation. This was very disappointing as I feel like I received this fee for nothing? You did not cancel my booking with the thrifty rental service. Extremely disappointing being charged for nothing.
