Be transparent about no shuttle to get the car. I had to pay $68 to pick the damn car up - would have been cheaper to just hire one

I’m not happy as when I was booking it with transfer car it went alright as I had visa debit , but than the rental company doesn’t accept the debit card when l went to pick it up they don’t accept it so I had to buy full insurance, Should be more specific on the descriptions , as transfer cars saying they accept but than later rental companies don’t accept
