After delivery of vehicle to depot this company tried to charge me for damages to vehicle that I never made or saw before hire age. When I returned car the office was very busy with customers so I didn't wait to check out car with sales ass and do they tried to bill me for damages that weren't real! Bad bad company!

Radio not working in subaru legacy.. might have been good to know that before setting off. Also a beeping noise but no manual to see any explanation. Asked the office who also did not know but said sure it was not a serious issue. Thanks for everything.

All good hired twice and a good service. The one thing is about credit card requirements, I had a booking with Apex and they sent me away due to using my business credit card. Apparently it can only have a your name on it :(

Do not deal with Australia 4X4 hire. Their contract is extremely biased in their favor; they work relaxed when it suits them and strict against the client. They have total control of deposit refund. Their receiving contact (Coburg) is also their cleaning contractor who without full inspection declared the vehicle dirty to give himself more work. Their description of the cleaning required was in consequence of red dust contamination but I was on bitumen from Broome to Coburg. I am not impressed.
