The car wasn't clean when I picked up, plus it wasnt filled with petrol. Slightly under tge fill mark. But otherwise everything was great. You are providing a great service that was easy and no hassle. Thanks

The instructions for picking up and dropping off were of poor quality. I was picking up from Wellington airport and got told how to drive there rather than being given information about the availablity of a shuttle from the airport terminal. The drop off information on the other hand sounded more suitable to someone who had just flown in and was about to pick up a car. Only contact information provided was an email address.

Rental car companies tend to treat relocators as 'pain in the neck' yet we do them a service. There should be $0 excess, $0 fuel and meal vouchers. I relocate because time is not important to me, but I should fly as it is cheaper, and I am treated like a customer, not a pain.
