Yes, I think it would be great to allow a small amount of time, eg 2 hours after confirmation to cancel the booking without financial penalty. Thanks!

We have paid the insurance supposed not to pay any bond. But the PIC asked for $500. When we returned the vehicle to Queenstown, they didn’t refund the bond to us directly. He gave an excuses that the transaction won’t go through in the weekend. The weird part is $1 is refunded but the balance $499 we haven’t received even we wait until Monday .
