Extremely hard to get hold of and not having anyone who is available on the weekends doesn’t make much sense to me. When dealing with you over the phone you’re particularly short and I felt more a burden than a customer. Lack of communication with rental operators leads to a confusing message being given to customers.

I requested a car that was advertised as free between Dunedin and Christchurch, but it turns out only the first 200kms were free . While this was written in the information, you need to make it significantly clearer that additional charges will incur given that the distance it is advertised for is greater than this.

Would be great if the Vehicles were correctly advertised. For example, when booking a relocate, the company I booked with didn't correctly advertise that the're pick up and drop off hours are between 12-4pm and not open on week days which I didn't find out until after I booked my flights which meant I had to pay to change my flights.

Service was great, Only thing, If you guys could inform customers that a credit card needs to be taken to the rental car company when you go to pick the car up. I had listed my credit card details via your site and thought that would have been enough. I did have to go home a grab my credit card whoch cost me an hour. Other than that, your service is great
