A little more clarity when selecting dates for relocation cars in regards to being able to drop off the vehicle (complete the journey) at the final destination earlier than the time/date chosen. Otherwise - great! Thanks

Fuel allowance might be nice, for example a full tank to start off the journey.

Would be good to retrieve ferry rebate on return of car. But what a fantastic service, you saved my life .. we had a funeral to attend in Auckland and the air flights were way over my budget. Many thanks

Air freshener. I understand that cleaning the car is an unnessisary added expense. However a spray of air freshener before my pickup would have made my trip much more enjoyable.

I didn’t understand I can’t use the translation of the part of drivers license for rental cars and I couldn’t do car relocation even though they gave me the information kindly. And they didn’t charge me for the cancellation. Thank you.
