Not really. Easy to book. And quick advice if booking confirmed by individual rental car company.

I forgot my puma puff jacket in car. Immediately I rang to thrifty car rental it went call centre. They inform that the Manager on Duty has been inform about it and he will be in touch with you. No call, message or email to inform. Next morning again I called to follow up, they advise me to go to thrifty car rental office at airport. Waited for long time and the attendant at desk said they did not found it. But I am pretty sure I have left my jacket in middle seat.

Nothing that I can think of. The process was very easy. I do think that perhaps it was a bit easier because I had an old account with Hertz
