Possibly a bit of flexibility for the driver. What if a driver could offer services?.Say, I know I will need to get from Dunedin to Queenstown one day next week, but no cars listed for transfer. If companies could see a definite driver available some point in the future, would that work for both sides? Devil in the detail, as to how far to the future do you let booking go?

Not really. When we got to ChCh airport it was a bit confusing, but managed to hand the car in to a friendly operator who took charge, and we got on the plane well satisfied with the arrangements.

It's too hard to claim back 'tank of fuel' 'credit for ferry services' etc. just mention that it's nigh impossible to get this from your partners, or just don't advertise it. I gave in the receipts at the desk but that's not how to do it apparently. Jump through some hoops, email here, wait a few weeks, email again in a different format, now it's too late, try another department. Don't bullshit people, just give an estimate upfront

The service was good, the booking worked and I had a good ride from Brisbane to Sydney. But you wrote in your description that are two fuels of tank included, Autobarn says only one is included. I am still waiting to get my 45$ for the fuel replaced. Cheers. Tobi
