We missed out on our planned flights while we waited for a reply so had to replan whole trip. Our fault, still not sure of likelihood of acceptance so we hold off on other arrangements

Thrifty charged us $116 for petrol even though we phoned them 2 times and they told us we could return it empty. I also emailed them twice to check this which was ignored. Have emailed them forcrefund -also ignored
